- Rosy Wings likes to award web sites that fulfill the following criteria.

- Web sites owned by people that are into, or interested in,
- free graphics on the World Wide Web. All the graphics must
- be created of the webmaster/your self. I can exempt, if I like
- your site.
- You must give me a link from your site.

- The site must be what I think is excellent, beautiful, great
- or nice before I can honour the site.
- If you see something on the net there fulfill my criteria, you are
- welcome to let me know it.

- You may sign my guest book and e-mail me what of my
- awards you apply for, and you may leave your URL, that
- I can take a look on your site.
